Metal-Fab Direct Vents utilize a new technology to make their products superior to others. The Special double-wall construction allows direct vent stoves and fireplaces to operate without using air from inside, instead they draw combustion air in from outdoors through the direct vent system. This means that the warm inside air is not being used as fuel, and no fumes, condensation, or smoke will be let into the room.
The outer stainless steel casing provides consistent strength, durability and corrosion resistance. The simple Twist Lock design means fast, easy installation, no tools necessary. The flue conduit is wrapped with ceramic insulating material to ensure minimal heat loss.
