Description
Metal-Fab utilize a new technology to make their products superior to others. The Special double-wall construction allows direct vent stoves and fireplaces to operate without using air from inside, instead they draw combustion air in from outdoors through the direct vent system. This means that the warm inside air is not being used as fuel, and no fumes, condensation, or smoke will be let into the room.
The Metal-Fab Storm Collar is meant to be used with a Metal-Fab flashing system to prevent rain, ice and snow from entering into the venting system.

- Temp/Guard Max is the only all-fuel chimney that is UL Listed for 1.5" clearance to combustibles on 6", 7", and 8" diameters
- Sizes 6", 7", 8", 10", and 12" are listed by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. to UL Standard 103HT
- Sizes 6", 7", and 8" are listed by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. to ULC-S529
- For use with Metal-Fab Flashing System
- Aluminum or Stainless Steel recommended for oil and coal applications.
