Almost all of our deliveries have no external or internal damage, and are signed for without a problem. For your protection, we ask that you please thoroughly inspect your products immediately upon delivery. Maintain the original packaging until you have determined that the product is satisfactory. In the rare occurrence that a product arrives damaged, or with missing parts, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. At times, pictures of the damaged item may be required prior to determining a resolution. You must contact us within three (3) days from the date of delivery to report damaged, missing or defective merchandise. After the three-day period, the product cannot be reported as damaged, defective, missing parts and/or returned for exchange or refund.

FREIGHT DELIVERY:If you authorize the freight company to leave freight without a signature, Blazzingfire.com cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces. Leaving a note is the same as signing for your products in good condition. Freight deliveries require a scheduled delivery. Delivery may be scheduled between the hours and days provided by the carrier. Note: Our Free Standard Shipping includes ground and freight, if your shipping address is in an Extended Delivery Location OR in a location that is not accessible by the Freight Carrier - your order may be subject to an additional charge. If your order ships via truck freight, please follow these steps:Ensure that the pallet/piece count on the delivery receipt matches the number of pallets/pieces you receive. If a pallet(s) or piece(s) is missing:
Inspect the packaging for external damage.
If you notice exterior damage:
PLEASE NOTESigning your delivery receipt without noting any damages legally states that you have received your freight in good condition.
If there is no visible external damage, please sign for your freight.
Please inspect your items for concealed damage after the driver has left.
