Metal-Fab Direct Vents utilize a new technology to make their products superior to others. The Special double-wall construction allows direct vent stoves and fireplaces to operate without using air from inside, instead they draw combustion air in from outdoors through the direct vent system. This means that the warm inside air is not being used as fuel, and no fumes, condensation, or smoke will be let into the room.
